| در این تحقیق، سامانه کنترل غلظت محلول مصرفی برای دستگاه سمپاش بومدار پشت تراکتوری، ساخته و ارزیابیشد. این سامانه شامل حسگر سرعت پیشروی سمپاش، پمپ مقسم مواد شیمیایی، محرک پمپ مقسم، حسگر سرعت دورانی پمپ مقسم، واحد اختلاط آب با مواد شیمیایی و واحد کنترل الکترونیکی است. با نصب سامانه روی دستگاه سمپاش پشت تراکتوری، قابلیت کاربرد مواد شیمیایی محلول در آب با مدیریت موضعی ایجاد شد. از محلول آب نمک برای تعیین دقت سامانه در مزرعه بهاین دلیل استفاده شد که اندازهگیری غلظت آن آسان است. این سامانه از نوع تزریق مستقیم است که برای تغییر غلظت محلول مصرفی، مقدار ماده مؤثر را در سیال حامل (آب) تغییر میدهد. در آزمون کارگاهی، اثر عوامل فشار محلول مصرفی و سرعت دورانی محور پمپ مقسم در بده خروجی پمپ مقسم ارزیابی شد. رابطۀ رگرسیونی بین متغیر وابسته بده خروجی پمپ مقسم و متغیرهای مستقل تهیه شد. در آزمونهای مزرعهای، نقشۀ توصیهای غلظت محلول مصرفی برای قطعۀ زراعی مورد استفاده با نرمافراز ArcGIS تهیه شد. اثر سرعت پیشروی (3 سطح 3، 6 و 9 کیلومتر در ساعت) و فشار رایج پاشش محلول در مزرعه (3 سطح 3، 4 و 5 بار) بر مقدار خطای غلظت محلول خروجی (درصد) افشانکهای اول و آخر سمت راست تیرک، نیز بهطور جداگانه ارزیابی شد. نتایج آزمون کارگاهی نشان میدهد سرعت دورانی پمپ مقسم، فشار محلول مصرفی و اثر متقابل آنها بر بده پمپ در سطح یک درصد معنی دار است. نتایج آزمون مزرعه نیز نشان میدهد که فشار محلول مصرفی و سرعت پیشروی در خطای غلظت محلول خروجی از افشانک اول معنیدار نیست و اثر سرعت پیشروی در خطای غلظت محلول خروجی از افشانک آخر در سطح یک درصد معنیدار است. متوسط میانگین خطای افشانکهای اول و آخر به ترتیب 71/2 و 56/3 درصد است. | ||

| Construction and Evaluation of Outlet Flow Control System for a Variable Rate Sprayer | ||

| This study designed and built an electronic control system to control the chemical concentration of the spray solution in a crop sprayer. The system consisted of a speed sensor, a chemical metering pump, driver, and rotating speed sensor, mixing unit, and electronic control unit. The sprayer provided site-specific crop management after installation of the system on a field sprayer. The direct injection system changed the volume of the mixed chemicals in the carrier fluid (water) to change the concentration of the spray solution. The effects of spray solution pressure and rotational speed of metering pump on pump discharge were evaluated in laboratory testing. A regression relationship was observed between the dependent variable (metering pump discharge) and independent variables. In farm tests, the prescriptive map for concentration of spraying solution was first developed using ArcGIS software. The effects of travel speed (3, 6, and 9 km/h) and spray pressure (3, 4, and 5 bar) on spray concentration error of the first and last nozzles on the right-hand side of the sprayer boom were evaluated. The results showed no significant effect for pressure of sprayed solution and travel speed of the machine on the error of sprayed solution concentration of the first nozzle. The effect of travel speed of the machine was significant on the error of the sprayed solution concentration of the last nozzle. The mean sprayed solution concentration error of the first nozzle was 2.71% and of the last nozzle was 3.56%. | ||
