چکیده
Different species of Trichoderma especially T. harzianum (Th2 biotype in Europe and Th4 in America) considered as causal agent of green mould disease on button mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) casing beds. In this study, 100 fungal isolates were collected and purified from different mushroom growing units in Tehran province and Urmia (NW Iran). Totally, 60 isolates of T. harzianum, 27 isolates of T. virens, seven isolates of T. hamatum and six isolates of T. inhamatum were morphologically identified. The main infectious agent was T. harzianum. Specific primers were used for identification of different biotypes.

چکیده [English]
گونه‌های مختلف جنسTrichoderma  بویژه گونهT. harzianum و بیوتیپ‌های Th2 در اروپا و در آمریکا Th4 به عنوان عامل مولد ایجاد بیماری کپک سبز در بسترهای پرورش قارچ خوراکی دکمه‌ای (Agaricus bisporus)محسوب می‌شوند. در این تحقیق، 100جدایه از مراکز مختلف پرورش قارچ خوراکی دکمه‌ای در استان تهران و شهرستان ارومیه جمع‌آوری، جداسازی و خالص شدند. با استفاده از کلید‌های شناسایی معتبر، 60 جدایه از گونه T. harzianum، 27 جدایه از گونه T. virens، هفت جدایه از گونه T. hamatum و شش جدایه از گونه T. inhamatum شناسایی شدند. عامل اصلی آلودگی بسترهای پرورش قارچ خوراکی گونهT. harzianum تشخیص داده شد.
