| چکیده | ||
| In order to determine soil inhabitant fungi of Mazandaran and Golestan provinces (N Iran), some soil samples from arable and non-arable areas were collected. After the isolation, purification and identification of fungi, 61 isolates, belonging to Absidia, Actinomucor, Cunninghamella, Lichtheimia, Mucor, Syncephalastrum and Rhizopus were identified. After DNA extraction, all genera were subjected to PCR using ITS4 and ITS5 primers then amplified regions were sequenced. To confirm the morphological identification and sequencing, dendrogram was drawn using MEGA5 by Maximum Parsimony and Neighbor Joining methods. Dendrograms derived from the primers ITS 4 & 5 were separated into three groups. Between the studied isolates, Absidia repens, Cunninghamella blakesleeana and Mucor fragilis (species) and Syncephalastrum racemosum,Lichtheimia ramosa (genera and species) are new records from Iranian mycobiota. | ||

| به منظور بررسی میکوبیوتای خاکزی استانهای مازندران و گلستان، نمونهبرداری از عمق 10-5 سانتیمتری خاکهای برخی مناطق زراعی و غیرزراعی به عمل آمد. پس از جداسازی، خالصسازی و شناسایی، 61 جدایه از هفت جنس Absidia،Actinomucor،Cunninghamella، Lichtheimia، Mucor،SyncephalastrumوRhizopus متعلق به راسته Mucorales مورد بررسی تاکسونومیکی قرار گرفت. DNA جدایههای جمعآوری شده در بافر CTAB به روش راپلی استخراج گردید، سپس با استفاده از آغازگر ITS4 و ITS5 نواحی ITS1+ 5.8S + ITS2 تکثیر و توالییابی شد. برای تأیید شناسایی مورفولوژیکی و توالییابی دندروگرام مربوطه با استفاده از نرمافزار MEGA5 و روشهایMaximum Parsimony و Neighbor Joining رسم گردید. دندروگرام حاصل از آغازگرITS ، جدایههای مورد بررسی را در سه گروه اصلی قرار داد. براساس نتایج به دست آمده، پنچ آرایه جدید از فلور ایران شناسایی شد که عبارتند از: Absidia repens،Cunninghamella blakesleeanaو Mucor fragilis (به عنوان گونههای جدید) و Syncephalastrum racemosum،Lichtheimia ramosa (به عنوان جنس و گونههای جدید). | ||
