| چکیده | ||
| امروزه با توجه به باقی‌مانده آنتی‌بیوتیک‌ها در تولیدات گوشتی و افزایش مقاومت باکتریایی محدودیت‌هایی در استفاده از آنها وجود دارد. به همین دلیل پروبیوتیک‌ها با منشاء باکتریایی یا قارچی به عنوان جایگزین‌های محرک رشد آنتی‌بیوتیکی استفاده می‌شوند. این مطالعه به منظور تاثیر افزودن بیومین (بایومین شامل Enterococcus faecium (یک پروبیوتیک), فروکتو-الیگوساکارید (یک پری بیوتیک) و ذرات تحریک کننده‌ی سیستم ایمنی است) بر پاسخ ایمنی علیه واکسن روغنی نیوکاسل و همچنین تاثیر در عملکرد اقتصادی در جوجه‌های گوشتی انجام گردید. در این مطالعه 180 جوجه‌ی گوشتی سویه‌ی راس 308 به 3 گروه در 4 تکرار تقسیم شدند، گروه های 2 و 3 و تکرار های آنها به ترتیب از 1/0 و 2/0 درصد بیومین در جیره‌ی غذایی دریافت کردند. به جیره گروه 1 و تکرار‌های آن به عنوان گروه کنترل بیومین اضافه نشد، هر سه گروه با واکسن روغنی نیوکاسل در سن 9 روزگی واکسینه شدند. سایر برنامه های واکسیناسیون بر اساس منطقه در همه گروه‌ها به صورت مشابه انجام شد. خون‌گیری در 4 نوبت انجام گرفت و آزمایش HI روی نمونه‌ها انجام گردید. عملکرد جوجه‌ها در گروه‌های مختلف در طول دوره‌ی پرورش ارزیابی شد. در 14 روز پس از واکسیناسیون بین گروه‌ها دریافت کننده‌ی 2/0 درصد بیومین با گروه کنترل در میزان تیتر آنتی‌بادی بر علیه نیوکاسل تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده گردید، در 24 و 34 روز پس از واکسیناسیون گروه‌های دریافت کننده‌ی بیومین دارای میزان تیتر پادتن بیشتری نسبت به گروه‌های کنترل بودند. میانگین وزن در سن 42 روزگی در گروه های دریافت کننده بیومین بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود. نتایج حاکی از تاثیر بیومین بر افزایش ایمنی ناشی از واکسیناسیون روغنی بر علیه ویروس نیوکاسل و بهبود افزایش وزن است. | ||

| Due to growing concerns about antibiotic resistance and the potential for a ban for antibiotic growth promoters, there is an increasing interest in finding alternatives to antibiotics in poultry production. Therefore probiotic bacterial or fungal origin used as alternatives to antibiotic growth stimuli.To determine the effects of Biomin (Biomin contains of Enterococcus faecium (a probiotic), Fructo-Oligosacharide(a peribiotic) and particles of immune stimulator, similar to cell wall particles) on immune response against Newcastle vaccine and performance of Ross 308 broiler chickens, 180 day-old broiler chicks were randomly allotted into three groups in four replicates. Groups 2 and 3 received 0.1% and 0.2 % Biomin respectively; Group 1 did not receive any Biomin in the diet. All groups received oil Newcastle vaccine at 9 days old. Other vaccination programs arranged based on local area. Blood samples were collected 4 times and HI tests were performed on serum samples of chickens. The performance of different groups during the breeding period was evaluated. In 14 days after vaccination with oil Newcastle vaccine between the group received 0.2 percent Biomin and control group significant difference was observed. Antibody titer against Newcastle in groups received Biomin in 19 and 29 days after vaccination were higher than control group. At 42 days of age, groups fed the diet containing Biomin had body weight significantly higher than control group. Results indicated that Biomin effects on increasing oil Newcastle vaccine induced immunity and improve body weight. | ||
