| در فصول گرم، استفاده از خنک کنندة تبخیری و ایجاد سرعت جریان هوای مناسب، تأثیر قابل ملاحظه ای در کاهش اثرات تنش گرمایی در جوجههای گوشتی دارد. در این مطالعه، سرعت جریان هوای سالن و رابطه‌ی آن با فراسنجه‌‌های عملکردی مرغداری‌‌های گوشتی شهرستان ورامین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. داده‌‌های مورد نیاز این تحقیق از کل مرغداری های گوشتی در شهرستان مورد مطالعه که در فصل تابستان اقدام به جوجه‌‌ریزی کرده بودند، به دست آمد. در مجموع تعداد 20 مرغداری گوشتی مورد بازدید و مصاحبة حضوری قرار گرفت. داده‌‌های مربوط به متغیرهای سرعت جریان هوا، دما و رطوبت در سالن‌‌های مورد مطالعه به صورت کمی و با بهره‌‌گیری از ابزارهای مربوطه مورد اندازه‌‌گیری قرار گرفت و در پایان دوره از عملکرد واحدها رکوردبرداری صورت گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که سرعت جریان هوا با متغیرهای شاخص تولید (01/0 >P)، افزایش وزن روزانه (01/0 >P) و میانگین وزن نهایی هر قطعه جوجه گوشتی (05/0 >P) رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنی‌‌دار و با ضریب تبدیل خوراک (01/0 >P) و درصد تلفات (01/0 >P) رابطه‌ی منفی و معنی‌‌داری دارد. مصرف خوراک تحت تأثیر سرعت جریان هوا قرار نگرفت (05/0 >P). در این مطالعه90 درصد از مرغداری‌‌های مورد مطالعه، دارای سرعت جریان هوای کافی (2 تا 3 متر برثانیه) برای دستیابی به حداکثر عملکرد نبودند. انتظار می‌‌رود با اصلاح سیستم تهویه و افزایش سرعت جریان هوا بتوان عملکرد و بازده تولید واحدهای مرغ گوشتی را افزایش داد. | ||

| Evaporative cooling system and high air velocity management are important tools in alleviating the effects of heat stress on broilers performance during hot weather. In this study, technical and economical aspects of ventilation in Varamin Township broiler farms during Summer were investigated. Data were obtained from completed questionnaires through 20 broiler houses. Information of air velocity rate, temperature, humidity of houses was measured. For economical evaluation, benefit cost ratio (BCR) and for the desired relationship between continuous variables, Pearson correlation test was used. Results of this study showed that BCR of broiler farms was 0.91 indicating broiler production in the continent is not economically justified. There was significant positive correlation between air velocity and production factors including production index (P<0.01), daily weight gain (P<0.01) and final body weight (P<0.05) and negative correlation with feed coversion ratio (P<0.01), mortalty (P<0.01) and total production cost (P<0.05). Our study showed that 90% of houses in Varamin Township had less than 1 m/s air speed and did not have optimum air velocity for maximum performance and there is a potential to increase performance and production efficiency by improving ventilation system and house air velocity. | ||
