| وجود جریانهای غیرماندگار در کانال‌های آبیاری باعث پیچیدگی در تحویل و توزیع آب، کاهش عملکرد هیدرولیکی، ناهماهنگی در عرضه و تقاضا، و در مجموع ایجاد چالش‌های جدی در مدیریت شبکه میشود. اجرای برنامه‌های تحویل و توزیع آب یکی از عوامل ایجادکنندة جریانهای غیرماندگار در کانال‌های آبیاری است. در این حالت، نیاز آبگیرها ممکن است تغییر کند که تأمین آن مستلزم تغییر دبی ورودی به کانال از بالادست، باز و بسته شدن دریچه‌های آبگیر، و تغییرات تنظیم ارتفاع سازه‌های آب‌بند است. بنابراین، باید دستورالعمل بهره‌برداری با توجه به رفتار هیدرولیکی جریان به گونه‌ای تعیین شود که اثرهای منفی آن بر تحویل و توزیع آب به حداقل برسد. در این تحقیق، با تحلیل جریانهای غیرماندگار ایجاد شده در کانال آبیاری در اثر تغییرات نیاز آبگیرها، دستورالعمل بهره‌برداری کانال E1R1 از شبکه دز، واقع در شمال خوزستان با استفاده از مدل هیدرودینامیکی ICSS ارائه شده است. بدین منظور، هشت گزینه افزایش و کاهش دبی کانال تا 20 درصد با توجه به باز یا بسته بودن سایر آبگیرها در نظر گرفته شد. با استفاده از مدل ICSS هر یک از گزینه‌ها شبیه‌سازی و با بررسی رفتار جریان و تعیین میزان مازاد یا کمبود تحویل آب به آبگیرها در برنامه تحویل 6 ساعته دستورالعمل بهره‌برداری مناسب سازه‌ها تعیین شد. بیشترین مقدار کاهش حجم مازاد و کمبود تحویل در اثر عملیات بهره‌برداری تعیین شده به ترتیب برابر با 3962 و 7163 مترمکعب به دست آمد. بنابراین با کاربرد دستورالعمل بهره‌برداری تعیین شده عملکرد کانال بهبود می‌یابد. | ||
