| به منظور بررسی اثرهای کم آبیاری درکیفیت و عمر انبارداری گوجهفرنگی، طرحی در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تیمار آبیاری 125، 100، 75، 50 درصد نیازکامل آبیاری و چهار تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی کهریز مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی آذربایجان غربی طی سالهای 1380-1379 (به مدت دو سال) اجرا شد. آب مورد نیاز گیاه با استفاده از تشتک تبخیر کلاس A محاسبه و با روش آبیاری سطحی در اختیار گیاه قرار گرفت. نتایج تجزیة آماری نشان داد که سطوح مختلف آبیاری در سطح یک درصد بر عملکرد کل و عملکرد بازارپسند میوه معنیدار است. افزایش آبیاری مازاد بر نیاز، تأثیری معنیدار در افزایش تولید ندارد ولی اِعمال کم آبیاری موجب کاهش معنیدار عملکرد میشود. بیشترین کارایی مصرف آب در تیمار 50 درصد و کمترین آن در تیمار 125 درصد آبیاری حاصل شد. همچنین اثر سطوح مختلف آبیاری بر مقدار ویتامین ث، اسیدیته و مواد جامد انحلالپذیر در سطح یک درصد معنیدار بود ولی تاثیری معنیدار بر مقدار pH میوه نداشت. مقایسة میانگین‌ها حاکی است که کم آبیاری موجب افزایش مواد جامد انحلالپذیر، اسیدیته، و ویتامین ث میشود. سطوح مختلف آبیاری در قابلیت نگهداری گوجه فرنگی در سطح 5 درصد معنیدار است، به طوری که آبیاری بیشتر موجب کاهش و کم آبیاری موجب افزایش عمرانباری میوه میشود. | ||
