| به منظور بررسی تاثیر آبیاری جویچهای یک در میان بر عملکرد سیب‌زمینی و ارزیابی اقتصادی آن، طرحی در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی طی سالهای 1382 و 1383 در اراضی مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی سمنان (شاهرود) اجرا شد. تیمارهای مورد بررسی عبارت بودند از: 1- آبیاری معمولی تمام جویچهها، 2- آبیاری جویچهها یک در میان ثابت، 3- آبیاری جویچهها یک در میان متغیر،4- آبیاری جویچهها یک در میان ثابت تا ابتدای مرحلة تشکیل غده، 5- آبیاری جویچهها یک در میان ثابت تا انتهای مرحلة تشکیل غده، 6- آبیاری جویچهها یک در میان متغیر تا ابتدای مرحلة تشکیل غده، و 7- آبیاری جویچهها یک در میان متغیر تا انتهای مرحلة تشکیل غده. در هر نوبت آبیاری، حجم آب مورد نیاز براساس روش پنمن- مانتیس محاسبه و با استفاده از کنتور حجمی و لولههای پلی‌اتیلن در اختیار هر تیمار قرار داده شد. نتایج دو سال آزمایش نشان دادکه در تیمارهای آبیاری جویچهای یک در میان ثابت و متغیر (تیمارهای 2و3)، ارتفاع بوته، تعداد غده در هر بوته، متوسط وزن غدهها و در نهایت عملکرد محصول به شدت کاهش یافته است. بین تیمار آبیاری معمولی تمام جویچهها (تیمار 1) و سایر تیمارها (تیمارهای 4، 5، 6، 7) از نظر صفات مورد بررسی اختلاف معنیدار مشاهده نشد. بنابراین، با مدیریت مناسب آبیاری میتوان در مراحل اولیة رشد و حتی تا انتهای مرحلة تشکیل غده مصرف آب را کاهش داد بیآنکه تاثیری معنیدار در کاهش عملکرد داشته باشد. برای تحلیل اقتصادی از روش بودجهبندی جزیی و شاخص نسبت درآمد ناخالص به هزینة تولید استفاده شد. در تجزیه و تحلیل اقتصادی مشخص شد که تیمار 7 دارای نسبت درآمد ناخالص به هزینه تولید برابر 03/3 است و مصرف آب در آن به جای 7/8634 متر مکعب (تیمار1)، 7250 متر مکعب در هکتار است (16 درصد کاهش یا صرفهجویی حدود 7/1384 متر مکعب در هکتار). بنابراین توصیه می‌شود آبیاری بر اساس تیمار 7 انجام گیرد تا بدون نقصان معنیدار عملکرد، ضمن صرفهجویی در مصرف آب، هزینههای کارگری مربوط به آبیاری نیز کاهش یابد. | ||

| The Effect of Deficit Irrigation by Alternate Furrow Irrigation on Growth Stages of the Potato | ||

| This research was conducted at the Shahrood Agricultural Research Center in 1382 and 1383 to study the effect of alternate furrow irrigation on potato yield and its economic evaluation. The experimental design was a randomize complete block design and the treatments were: every furrow irrigation (EFI), fixed alternate furrow irrigation (FAFI), variable alternate furrow irrigation (VAFI), fixed alternate furrow irrigation to onset of tuber setting (FAFIB), fixed alternate furrow irrigation to end of tuber setting (FAFIE), variable alternate furrow irrigation to onset tuber setting (VAFIB), variable alternate furrow irrigation to end of tuber setting (VAFIE). The water requirement was calculated based on the Penman-Montith method at each irrigation time and the water was supplied to each treatment using a volumetric meter and polyethylene. Results showed for FAFI and VAFI, plant height, tuber number for each plant, average weight of tubers and yield were considerably reduced. There was no difference between EFI and the other treatments (FAFIB, FAFIE, VAFIB, VAFIE). Water usage can be reduced at the first growth stages and the end of the tuber forming stage with suitable irrigation management without yield reduction. For the economic analysis, the partial budgeting method and marginal benefit-cost ratio were applied. Economic analysis showed that the benefit-cost ratio was 3.03 for VAFIE and water usage was reduced from 8632 m3/ha (EFI) to 7250 m3/ha (VAFIE), saving 1384.7 m3/ha water. As a result, it is recommended to irrigate a crop based on the VAFIE treatment. In this way, without significant yield reduction, water usage and labor cost are reduced. | ||
