| توجه به احیای مراتع، حفاظت خاک، افزایش ظرفیت نفوذپذیری خاک و ارائة روشهای قابل اجرا خصوصاً بهرهگیری از ماشینهای کشاورزی و سیستمهای بیخاکورزی و کمخاکورزی اهمیت ویژهای دارد. با بررسی ویژگیهای پوستة دانه برنج به عنوان مالچ گیاهی و با توجه به خصوصیات فیزیکی بذر سه گونة گیاه مرتعی، دستگاهی طراحی و ساخته شد که به سهولت مالچ را در خاک به صورت ردیفی قرار میدهد و امکان توسعة گیاهان مرتعی را فراهم میآورد. از خصوصیات دستگاه مالچ-بذرکار آن است که پشت تراکتور با اتصال سه نقطهای نصب میشود و در زمینهای دست نخورده بدون استفاده از ماشینهای خاکورزی به کار گرفته میشود. سیستمی روی دستگاه ساخته شد که میتواند بذر گونههای مرتعی شامل: سکاله مونتانوم (Secale montanum)، فستوکا آرندیناسه (Festuca arundinacea) و بروموس تومنتولوس (Bromus tomentellus)، را در خاک بکارد. این مطالعه علاوه بر ارائۀ محاسبات طراحی، چگونگی استفاده از ضایعات گیاهی (مالچ پوستۀ برنج) را بیان میکند. پس از طراحی و ساخت دستگاه، عملیات مزرعهای با کاشت گونههای یاد شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی، آزمایش فاکتوریل انجام شد. فاکتورهای گونه در سه سطح یاد شده، مقدار مالچ در سه سطح بدون مالچ، 200 گرم در متر و 300 گرم در متر پیشروی، و فاکتور عمق در دو سطح 2 و 4 سانتیمتر، در 3 تکرار مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. شاخصهای تعداد گیاه جوانه زده و درصد جوانهزنی پایا اندازهگیری شد. میزان مصرف مالچ (1162 و 1744 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بذر گیاهان مرتعی (7/6 تا 18 کیلوگرم در هکتار) به دست آمد. سرعت دستگاه در مزرعه 4 کیلومتر در ساعت بود. با اندازهگیری شاخصهای تعداد گیاه جوانه زده و درصد جوانهزنی پایا، مشخص شد که اختلاف معنیداری بین فاکتورها وجود دارد. اثر اصلی عمق کاشت تأثیری نداشت و اثر اصلی مالچ نشاندهنده تأثیرات معکوس بر رشد گونههای مرتعی بود. از بررسی تأثیرات متقابل مشاهده شد که افزایش مالچ پوستة دانه برنج بر گونة مرتعی سکاله مونتانوم اثر افزایشی نشان نمیدهد، گونة سکاله مونتانوم درحالت بدون مالچ وضعیت مطلوبتری دارد. مالچ روی گونههای دیگر چندان مؤثر نبود. | ||

| Effects of Several Parameters on Growing of Three Kinds Grasses Using Mulch-Planter | ||

| In order to develop the pasture, soil conservation and increasing the soil infiltration by using the applicable methods such as agricultural machinery and no tillage or minimum tillage system are very important. In this regard, the husk properties as herbal mulch, and also the physical properties of species including Secale montanum, Festuca arundinacea and Bromus tomentellus, were studied. A mulch-planter was designed and then constructed, to place a band of mulch into the soil simply. Also planting seeds for developing of pasture land could provide an appropriate seed bed in the soil. For this purpose, a mechanism was constructed and installed on the machine, which could be able to plant seeds. The other advantage of mulch-planter was attaching to tractor three-point hitch, and used in no tillage system. The results of farm practices showed that using the machine was acceptable. This machine used two levels 1162 and 1744kg/ha of mulch and 6.7 to 18kg/hectare of species seeds. The forward speed of machine was 4km/h and the required energy was low. Three kinds of species, three amounts of mulch, and two depths of seed planting were examined. The results of the agronomic operations and application of mulch-planter with no tillage practices showed that the machine was efficient. At last, analysis of the data including number of growing plants and percentage of plant emerging showed that there was significant difference among factors. Use of mulch on species of Secale montanum seemed to be not advisable. | ||
