بررسی اثر تغییر سرعت دورانی روتور سفیدکن سایشی افقی بر خصوصیات تبدیل دو رقم برنج در استان فارس | ||

| در این تحقیق، تأثیر سرعت دورانی روتور سفیدکن سایشی افقی بر خصوصیات تبدیل دو رقم برنج در استان فارس بررسی شده است. در این آزمایش، از طرح آماری کرتهای خرد شده در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در پنج تکرار استفاده شد. رقم شلتوک در دو سطح آمل- 3 و کامفیروزی به عنوان کرت اصلی و سرعت دورانی روتور سفیدکن سایشی در پنج سطح (550، 600، 650، 700، و 750 دور در دقیقه) به عنوان کرت فرعی انتخاب و از آزمون چنددامنهای دانکن جهت مقایسة میانگینها استفاده شد. در این بررسی، سرعت دورانی 650 دور در دقیقه به عنوان تیمار شاهد در نظر گرفته شد. در هر تیمار، فاکتورهای درصد شکستگی، درصد ترک، مقاومت شکست، و درجة سفیدی دانههای برنج سفید شده اندازهگیری شد و نتایج نشان داد که اثر سرعت دورانی روتور، رقم شلتوک، و اثر متقابل آنها بر پارامترهای تبدیل معنیدار و سرعت دورانی مناسب روتور سفیدکن سایشی افقی برای برنجرقم کامفیروزی، 600 دور در دقیقه و برای برنج رقم آمل- 3، 600 تا 650 دور در دقیقه است. همچنین مشخص شد که شکستگی و درجة سفیدی برنج رقم آمل- 3، بهترتیب 82/29 درصد و 94/32، و در رقم کامفیروزی بهترتیب 46/23 درصد و 48/29 است. برنج رقم کامفیروزی از نظر درصد ترک و مقاومت به شکست بهترتیب 31/13 درصد و 22/17 کیلوگرم نیرو بیشتر از رقم آمل-3 است. | ||

| Effect of Speed Variations in Abrasive Rice Whitening on Milling Properties of Two Varieties of Rice in Fars Province | ||

| In this study, the effect of the speed of the mill-rotor during the whitening process was evaluated for the milling properties of two varieties of rice in Fars province. A split plot design with five replications and the Duncan test were used for statistical analysis. Two varieties of paddy rice, Amol-3 and Kamfiruzi, and five mill-rotor speeds, 550, 600, 650, 700 and 750 rpm, were selected as main plot and sub-plot, respectively. The samples were milled at different speeds and the milling-output parameters of percentage of breakage and cracking, break strength and whiteness degree of rice kernels was measured. The results showed that the speeds of 600 and 600-650 rpm are the most proper mill-rotor speeds for the Kamfiruzi and Amol-3 varieties, respectively. Furthermore, the percentage of breakage and degree whiteness of the Amol-3 rice was 6.36% and 3.46%, respectively, more than for the Kamfiruzi variety. The percentage of cracking and break strength were 13.31% and 17.22 kgf more in the Kamfiruzi variety compared to the Amol-3 variety. | ||
