| اثر کودهای نیتروژندار و پتاسیمدار بر تغییرات کمی و کیفی سیب‌زمینی رقم آگریا طی دورة 5 ماهه انبارداری، در یک طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی و در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل با پنج سطح کود نیتروژندار و سه سطح کود پتاسیمدار در سه تکرار طی سال‌های (1384-1383) مطالعه شد. تیمارهای کودی همزمان با کشت و یا در مرحلة داشت انجام شد. بررسی ماهانه پارامترهای مورد مطالعه نشان داد که اثر تیمارهای مختلف کود نیتروژندار و پتاسیمدار و مدت نگهداری و نیز اثر متقابل آنها بر میزان تغییرات رطوبت، ویتامین C،و قند احیای سیب‌زمینی طی انبارداری معنی‌دار است. با افزایش مصرفنیتروژن تا میزان 120 کیلوگرم در هکتار میزان عملکرد، ویتامینC، نشاسته، و قند احیای محصول اضافه میشود. مصرف بیشتر نیتروژن نتایج معکوس به دنبال دارد. با افزایش مصرف کود نیتروژن بر میزان اتلاف رطوبت، ویتامینC، و تولید قند احیای سیب‌زمینی افزوده شد؛ حال آنکه افزایش مصرف پتاسیم این روند را کند کرد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده،توصیه میشود که برای نگهداری مناسب غده‌های سیب‌زمینی در زمان‌های کمتر یا مساوی 3 ماه از تیمار کودی 180 کیلوگرم نیتروژن خالص به همراه 150 کیلوگرم کود پتاسیمدار در هکتار و برای نگهداری غده‌های سیب‌زمینی در زمان‌های بیش از 3 ماه از تیمار کودی 120 کیلوگرم نیتروژن خالص همراه با 150 کیلوگرم کود پتاسیمداردر هکتار استفاده شود. | ||

| The Effect of N and K Fertilizer on Qualitative Changes in Potato During Storage | ||

| A field investigation was conducted to evaluate the effect of N and K fertilizers on qualitative and quantitative changes of potato tubers during five months of storage. This study was carried out in three replications at five levels (0, 60, 120, 180 and 240 Kg/ha) of nitrogen and three levels (0, 75 and 150 Kg/ha) of potassium fertilizer during 2004-2006. Measurements were recorded monthly. The results showed that the effect of different treatments of N and K fertilizers and storage period, and their interaction, significantly affects the quantitative changes in tubers (p<0.05). The greater the application of N fertilizer, the greater the loss of water, vitamin C, starch and reduced sugar content of the tubers during storage and an increase in K fertilizer decreased these changes. According to the results, it is better to use 180 Kg/ha N with 150 Kg/ha K when planning to store potatoes for three months or less. If the storage period is more than three months, it is highly recommended to use 120 Kg/ha nitrogen and 150 Kg/ha potassium fertilizer. | ||
