| چکیده | ||
| هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی دقیق 22 ایزوله لاکتوباسیلوس جدا شده از محصولات لبنی سنتی منطقۀ آذربایجان است. بدینمنظور، ژن 16S rRNA با جفت آغازگر‌های عمومی طی واکنش زنجیره پلیمراز (PCR) تکثیر شد. قطعه‌ای به طول 1500 جفت باز مشابه با اندازه مورد انتظار تکثیر شد. استفاده از 5 آنزیم برشی Bsp143I، BsuRI، TaqI، MspIوHindIII و مقایسه الگوی برشی حاصل از نرمافزار GeneDoc، تنوع گونه‌ای در بین باکتری‌ها را نشان داد. بر اساس الگوهای برشی، ایزوله‌ها به گونه‌های لاکتوباسیلوس برویس، لاکتوباسیلوس پلانتاروم، لاکتوباسیلوس کازئی، لاکتوباسیلوس آژیلیس، لاکتوباسیلوس دلبروکی و لاکتوباسیلوس ساکی شباهت نشان دادند. از بین ایزوله‌ها، 8 ایزوله جهت همسانه‌سازی انتخاب و برای توالی‌یابی ارسال شد. در مجموع، 5 ایزوله به عنوان پلانتاروم، 2 ایزوله به عنوان برویس و یک ایزوله به عنوان Lactobacillus sp. شناخته شدند. | ||

| This study utilized molecular methods to identify 22 isolates from traditional dairy products of Azerbaijan. PCR was carried out using the universal primers of 16S rDNA and a fragment of ~1500bp was amplified. Amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis was performed using BsuRI, MspI, HindIII, TaqI and Bsp143I. ARDRA results were compared to the restriction profile in enzymatic restriction and bioinformatics analyses (GeneDoc). The isolates were identified as Lactobacillus brevis, plantarum, casei, agilis and saki. To better characterize the isolates, fragments of eight isolates were amplified, cloned and sequenced. The results identified five isolates as L. plantarum, two isolates as L. brevis and one isolate as Lactobacillussp. | ||
