| از مهمترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد پیازکن‌‌‌‌های میله‌ای، شکل مقطع میله و نسبت سرعت محیطی آن به سرعت پیشروی (شاخص سینماتیکی) است. در این تحقیق نقش این عوامل بر عملکرد یک پیازکن میله‌ای که با تراکتور MF 285 راه‌اندازی می‌شود، بررسی شده است. به این منظور در یک طرح اسپلیت بلوک در قالب بلوک‌‌‌‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار، میلۀ پیازکن با سه مقطع گرد، شش‌گوش و چهارگوش و شاخص سینماتیکی میله در پنج مقدار 16/0، 1، 15/1، 30/1 و 44/1 تغییر داده شد. در این آزمایشها مقدار نیرو و توان کششی لازم جهت حرکت میله و مجموع دستگاه پیازکن (نیرو و توان کششی کل)، گشتاور و توان چرخشی مورد نیاز میله برای چرخش در خاک، مجموع توان کل لازم برای کارکرد پیازکن و درصد آسیب‌های وارد بر محصول برداشت شده تعیین شد. نتایج اندازه‌گیری‌‌‌‌ها نشان می‌دهد که شکل میله تأثیری بر مقدار نیرو و توان کششی کل (با متوسط 10571 نیوتن و 5285 وات) و درصد آسیب‌های وارد بر پیاز (با متوسط 98/1 درصد) ندارد در حالیکه بیشترین گشتاور و توان چرخشی (64 نیوتن متر و 2394 وات) در میلۀ چهارگوش ثبت شده است. بیشترین مقدار نیرو و توان کششی (7/12018 نیوتن و 3/6009 وات) در شاخص 16/0 و کمترین مقدار آن (2/9645 نیوتن و 6/4822 وات) در شاخص 15/1 به دست آمد. همچنین بیشترین گشتاور و توان چرخشی مورد نیاز (85 نیوتن متر و 8/3327 وات) به ترتیب در شاخص 16/0 و 44/1 و هر دو با میلۀ چهارگوش دیده می‌شود. شاخص 15/1 از نظر کمینه بودن دو عامل آسیب‌های وارد بر پیاز (با اولویت بیشتر) و توان کل مورد نیاز پیازکن، مناسب‌تر از سایر شاخص‌ها تشخیص داده شد. با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق توصیه می‌شود که برای برداشت پیاز در زمین‌های سخت از میلۀ چهارگوش (به علت نفوذ آسانتر در خاک) با شاخص سینماتیک 15/1 و در زمین‌های نرم از میلۀ گرد با شاخص سینماتیک 15/1 استفاده شود. در این شرایط، توان کل لازم برای کارکرد پیازکن در حدود 5/3 تا 8/3 کیلو وات به ازای هر متر عرض کار پیازکن خواهد بود. | ||

| Effect of Kinematic Index and Rod Shape on Performance of an Onion Rod Digger | ||

| The most important factors affecting onion rod digger performance are the shape of the rod and the ratio of peripheral speed to translational speed (kinematic index). This study investigated the effect of these parameters on nthe performance of a rod onion harvester using a split-block randomized complete-block design with three replicates for three rod shapes (round, hexagonal, rectangular) and rod kinematic indices of 0.16, 1, 1.15, 1.30 and 1.44. In each experiment, the draft force and drawbar power for the rod and complete harvester, rotational torque and total required power for the rod, and the percentage of damage were determined. The results showed that rod shape had no significant effect on draft force, drawbar power (averaging 10571 N and 5285 W, respectively) and percentage of damage (averaging 1.98%); maximum torque and rotational power (averaging 64 N.m and 2394 W, respectively) were observed for the rectangular shaped rod. The maximum values for draft force and drawbar power (12018.7 N and 6009.3 W, respectively) were in the 0.16 kinematic index; the minimum values (9645.2 N and 4822.2 W, respectively) were in the 1.15 kinematic index. Maximum torque and rotational power (85 N and 3327.8 W, respectively) occurred for the rectangular shaped rod in the 0.16 and 1.44 kinematic indices, respectively. The results showed that, for minimum onion damage (priority) and power consumed, the best kinematic index was 1.15. The results of this research show that the rectangular rod shape in hard soil and the round rod shape in soft soil facilitated penetration; both occured in the 1.15 kinematic index. The total consumed power was from 3.5 to 3.8 KW per m of working width. | ||
