| چکیده | ||
| پس از برداشت گندم، بوجاری این محصول از ناخالصی‌ها برای تهیۀ بذر، انبارکردن محصول، فرآوری و مصرف آن از ضروریات است. برای انتخاب نوع ماشین بوجاری که بیشترین ناخالصی‌ها را از نمونه‌های ارقام گندم پاک کند و دارای بازدهی بیشتر باشد، سه نوع ماشین بوجاری مختلف مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت تا عملکرد آنها روی ارقام گندم شمال خوزستان بررسی شود. این سه ماشین عبارت‌اند از: 1- ماشین بوجاری آرماشین (AR machine) مدل5000 A.R.S، ساخت ایران؛ 2- ماشین بوجاری کیمبریا (Cimbria)، ساخت دانمارک؛ و 3- ماشین بوجاری گلدسات (Goldsaat)، مدل100 G.Sساخت آلمان. فرآیند بوجاری کردن در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل با طرح پایۀ کاملاً تصادفی با چهار فاکتور: نوع ماشین (سه نوع)، میزان تغذیه (در دو سطح 70 و 95 درصد ظرفیت اسمی ماشین)، میزان باد (در سه سطح شرایط کاری تنظیم شده، کمتر و بیشتر از آن) و سه رقم بذر گندم (چمران، ویریناک و بهرنگ) با سه تکرار اجرا و پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، میانگین‌ها با استفاده از آزمون چند دامنه‌ای دانکن مقایسه شدند. اثر این عوامل بر بازده کل بوجاری بررسی شد. برای انتخاب الک مناسب، الک مبنا تعریف و بر همین اساس اندازه مناسب برای الک بالایی و پایینی با توجه به رقم گندم انتخاب و روی هر ماشین نصب شد. تحلیل نتایج آماری داده‌ها نشان داد هر چهار فاکتور اثر معنی‌داری بر بازده کل بوجاری دارند و مشخص شد که ماشین کیمبریا با بازده کل بوجاری 72/86 درصد دارای بیشترین بازده و ماشین‌های بوجاری گلدسات و آرماشین به ترتیب با 59/81 و 64/80 درصد بعد از آن قرار دارند. همچنین، جدا کردن ناخالصی‌ها از رقم بهرنگ با بازده بوجاری 31/84 درصد بهتر از ارقام چمران و ویریناک انجام گرفت. ضمناً مشخص شد که کاهش میزان تغذیه و همچنین افزایش میزان باد، باعث افزایش بازده کل بوجاری می‌شود. | ||

| Evaluation and Determination of Cleaning Machine Efficiency for Wheat Seed | ||

| Cleaning wheat of impurities post-harvest is necessary to prepare the wheat seed for storage, production, and consumption. This study investigated three machines to clean impurities from wheat samples with the greatest efficiency by wheat variety in northern Khuzestan province. The three cleaning machines were the A.R. S5000 (Iran), Cimbria (Denmark) and Goldsaat G.S.100 (Germany). The study was a completely randomized factorial design for machine type, amount of feed (70% and 95% of machine nominal capacity), airstream level (three levels) and wheat seed type (Chamran, Virinak, Behrang). The effect of these factors was studied on the total efficiency of the cleaning machines. The base sieve size was defined by wheat variety and installed as the upper and lower sieves every machine. The results of statistical analysis showed the Cimbia machine had the greatest cleaning efficiency (86.72%). The A.R. S5000 and Goldsaat had 80.64% and 81.59% total efficiency, respectively. The impurities in the Behrang variety were cleaned more efficiently (84.31%) than the Chamran and Virinak varieties. As the amount of feed decreased and the amount of airstream increased to terminal velocity the total efficiency of the cleaning increased. | ||
